He/she will have to put in place commercial and people management tools in order to ensure growth as well as hire and develop people.   Main responsibilities: Manage 19 boutiques on the Swiss market and approximately 380 people with the assistance of a dedicated small team. Create pro-activity and develop commercial skills inside the Boutique/ Boutique in shop?s teams. Find new locations for boutiques in collaboration with Market Head. Set up and follow up of CAPEX, Genex, sales forecasts, latest estimates budgets in collaboration with Finance team. (Set up and) follow up of all logistic & accounting procedures in order to ensure stock and cash desk security & accuracy (inventories, FEFO, etc). Organize coordination meetings with all departments. Organize seminars and boutique management meetings. Manage and comply with the HR and Line Manager?s Planning Cycle. Ensure the training and coaching of the Boutique employees. Ensure accuracy on any Boutique reporting. Take part at transversal  projects with our Intl HQ or within the market Ensure compliance with TQM & SHE audits &  processes. Be on the lookout for new ways of working, productivity gains. Exchange best practises with European colleagues & HQ.   Required profile: You should have at least 5 years of working experience in Retail You should have excellent people management skills Hands on and results orientation, willing to travel at length inside the market Self motivated, ability to work independently You should be able to manage priority You should be fluent in German, French & English.
